Credit ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Credit Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the financial health of clients and assessing their creditworthiness.Conduct thorough credit evaluations for clients across various sectors, including digital, agency, startup, and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs).Analyse balance sheets, cash flow statements, profit-and-loss statements, liabilities, and financial reports to determine creditworthiness.Evaluate digital business performance metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), ad spend efficiency, recurring revenue health, liquidity ratios, and growth projections to assess credit risk.Assess clients running large-scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and understand how digital marketing spend impacts credit risk.Responsibilities:360° Credit AssessmentPrepare comprehensive credit appraisal notes within assigned limits.Ensure credit decisions comply with global regulatory expectations and risk standards.Monitor client utilisation, repayment patterns, operational risks, and covenant adherence.Flag high-risk behaviours early and recommend mitigation strategies.Credit Underwriting & Risk ManagementMaintain a high-quality credit portfolio through continuous tracking and corrective actions.Identify trends in customer behaviour, digital revenue fluctuations, or advertising ROI that may impact risk exposure.Provide insights to leadership for improving portfolio strength and resilience.Portfolio & Performance MonitoringCollaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Financial Operations, Legal, Collections, and Account Managers.Provide financial clarity to teams working with high-budget advertising clients.Participate in cross-team reviews to ensure clients' financial reality aligns with their operational activities.Regulatory & Process ComplianceMaintain adherence to internal credit frameworks, global compliance standards, and due diligence procedures.Keep documentation, risk files, and financial reports up to date.Ensure audit-readiness across all credit operations.Market & Digital Ecosystem TrackingContinuously monitor industry trends, digital business cycles, advertising cost changes (CPC/CPM), and market shifts impacting client creditworthiness.Bring insights to leadership to refine risk models for digital-first companies.
