Debt Investment SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Debt Investment Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing investment firm managing a diversified credit portfolio.The role involves evaluating, structuring, and monitoring debt investments across private and public markets. You will work directly with the investment team, providing analytical and research support across live deals and portfolio companies.Analyze and underwrite new debt investment opportunities across industries and instruments.Build robust financial and credit models to assess company performance, cash flows, leverage, and repayment capacity.Conduct due diligence, including financial reviews, covenant analysis, and sector benchmarking.Draft clear, data-backed investment memos for the investment committee.Track macroeconomic indicators and interest rate trends relevant to portfolio performance.Monitor existing investments and update reports on credit health, performance metrics, and risk exposure.Support deal documentation, legal coordination, and transaction closing processes.Required Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, structured finance, or corporate lending.Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.Strong grasp of credit documentation, cash flow modeling, and debt structuring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-starter with strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.Preferred Experience:Prior exposure to private credit, mezzanine, or distressed debt investments.Familiarity with U.S. credit markets, loan agreements, and covenant frameworks.Experience supporting cross-border or emerging market transactions is a plus.Additional Details:The ideal candidate should be immediately available to start.The role is remote, but aligned to U.S. working hours.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career as a Debt Investment Specialist.
