Summary
We're hiring a Chief Of Sta (COS) at Ekaya Banaras, who can help in managing crucial projects for their executives or/and the entire business. Achieving success in this role relies on a combination of exceptional project management skills and a deep understanding of the organization's operations.
Responsibilities● Strategic planning: Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and prioritize business strategies● Time management: Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, and plan travel● Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, clients, andstakeholders● Project management: Oversee projects, initiatives, and operations, and ensure they arecompleted on time and eectively● Event planning: Manage high-level meetings and events● Hiring: Assist with new hires, including documentation and onboarding● Performance management: Design key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improveteam performance● Risk management: Evaluate risk factors when making critical business decisions● Relationship building: Build relationships with employees, executives, and other stakeholders● Information management: Ensure information is shared eectively between departments●
Administrative tasks: Manage calendars, generate correspondence, and maintain lesRequired skills and qualications● Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive role● Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments● Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives● Excellent written and verbal communication skills● Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to ecient productivityPreferred skills and qualications● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar eld● Experience in data analysis and budget management● Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management● Proven success in a project coordination role● Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions● Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
