The role of a Linguistic Leader is critical in the development and implementation of linguistic solutions. Linguistic Engineers play a key part in this process by defining, guiding, and overseeing linguistic quality frameworks.The position requires a deep understanding of linguistic nuances, enabling the Lead to make informed decisions about linguistic rules, guidelines, and standards for annotation and evaluation. This includes:Developing comprehensive linguistic guidelines and rulebooks.Reviewing complex linguistic cases, escalations, and edge-case exceptions.Oversight of NLU, ASR, and TTS linguistic evaluations.In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide Senior Linguists and Linguistic Engineers within the language pod.
