Develop and implement retail sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Oversee multiple stores within Delhi, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service
Recruit, train, and manage retail staff across various locations

Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels

The Successful Applicant

10-15 years of overall experience in retail management
Open to Delhi as a location
MBA in sales & marketing mandatory
Candidate should come with experience - selling to North India geo / working in fashion and apparel industry
