Job Opportunity: Sales Manager and Relationship Manager (Micro Mortgage)

Location: Rajahmundry Andhra Pradesh

Compensation:

  • Relationship Manager (RM): Up to 3.5 LPA
  • Sales Manager (SM): Up to 8 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Relationship Manager (Micro Mortgage):

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive micro mortgage sales.
  • Source clients through open market and DSA (Direct Selling Agents).
  • Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.

Sales Manager (Micro Mortgage):

  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Develop sales strategies and drive business growth in the micro mortgage segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or relationship management preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of micro mortgage products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and goaloriented mindset.

Note: Candidates are expected to source clients through open market and DSA.
