We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager - Civil to lead and oversee our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site construction activities.Ensure timely execution of projects within defined cost and quality parameters.Lead and supervise site teams & contractorsPrepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and budgets.Act as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams.Resolve site-level challenges and ensure smooth workflow.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in managing end-to-end construction projects.Strong leadership and project management skills.Hands-on knowledge of project scheduling tools, contracts, and construction methodologies.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred: English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil).Must be based in Bangalore and available to join immediately.If you are a results-driven professional passionate about delivering quality projects, we’d love to hear from you📩 Apply now: Send your resume to contact@pramanconstructions.com
