Qualifications Experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Skills in Construction Management and Project Management Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight of projects Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus Proficiency with project management software and tools
