Sustainability Leadership RoleJob SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Sustainability Manager to drive strategic initiatives that align with our organization's goals.Main Responsibilities:To develop, implement, and execute the organization's sustainability strategy across all business units in India and globally.Lead key sustainability projects focused on operational efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, responsible procurement, and waste minimization.Oversee Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, including sustainability disclosures, materiality assessments, and alignment with global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.Provide subject-matter expertise for sustainability-focused training programs and certifications.Collaborate with academic partners, faculty experts, and industry bodies to integrate sustainability best practices into course design.Monitor evolving sustainability regulations, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to guide strategic decisions.Manage internal sustainability awareness and culture-building initiatives.Build partnerships with sustainability organizations, regulatory authorities, and professional associations.Track key sustainability metrics, prepare leadership reports, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG strategy, or corporate responsibility roles.Strong knowledge of global sustainability standards and reporting frameworks.Proven track record in designing and implementing sustainability programs.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.Passion for sustainability education and industry transformation.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's sustainability journey.
