What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, influencer marketing, or brand roles Passion for consumer internet, creators, and viral culture Ability to work across multiple projects and marketing channels simultaneously Strong communication, copywriting, and coordination skills Analytical mindset—comfortable tracking performance and iterating Startup experience is a big plus Bonus: Experience with influencer platforms, paid ads, or social media tools Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: Planning & executing marketing campaigns across influencer, content, and social channels Identifying and coordinating with influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Collaborating with content and design teams to build marketing assets Supporting brand partnerships, events, and offline activations when needed Tracking campaign performance, updating dashboards, and proposing optimization ideas Assisting in building and maintaining marketing databases and outreach workflows Exploring new trends, formats, and creator communities for user growth Compensation: ₹7–10 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth) What We Offer Beyond CTC: Health insurance coverage Health & wellness reimbursements Office breakfast & snacks A fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environment Flat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunities The chance to grow with a high-impact startup and be rewarded with equity down the line Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore .
