In this role, you will lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts across complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of multi-disciplinary designs and adherence to industry standards.Implement and maintain BIM quality control systems across projectsLead and manage a team of BIM professionals, providing guidance and mentorshipCoordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project deliveryOversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirementsConduct regular project reviews and coordinate with designers and project leadsAttend and contribute to coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholdersDevelop and implement BIM standards and best practices within the organizationAnalyze and resolve complex modeling and coordination issuesStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in BIMContribute to the continuous improvement of company systems and proceduresEnsure adherence to health and safety policies in BIM implementationCollaborate with business development teams to support client relationships QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 20 years of experience in Structural Engineering Modeling and DetailingExtensive knowledge of Structural Concrete and Structural Steel Modeling and DetailingProficiency in 3D modeling and review tools, including Revit Structures, Tekla, AutoCAD, and NavisworksStrong understanding of BIM/CAD standards and ability to set up industry-standard BIM modelsIn-depth knowledge of project requirements such as BEP, LOIN Matrix, MIDP, MDS, NWC, and NWDExpertise in high-rise building systems and mixed-use building structuresAbility to read and interpret multi-disciplinary drawings (Architecture, MEP, Façade, etc.)Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring BIM teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teamsExperience in implementing and maintaining BIM quality control systemsKnowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in BIM technologyDemonstrated ability to make informed decisions and meet project goalsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
