As an Operations and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a smooth flow of operations and controls across various functions. Key responsibilities include:


  • Accounts Payable and Vendor Management :Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Implement and manage vendor management systems to optimize relationships and streamline processes.
  • Accounts Receivable and Collections: Supervise the accounts receivable process, including timely invoicing and efficient collection procedures.
  • Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
  • Client Contract Management: Manage client contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance and adherence to terms and policies.

  • Report revenue monthly to Finance and complete a variance analysis once a final version is received from Finance.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization across various operational areas.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-saving measures.
  • Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing financial and operational performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of key performance indicators.
  • Monthly P&L Analysis: Analyze monthly profit and loss statements, identifying trends and variances.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Budgets – Preparation and Comparative Analysis: Lead the preparation of budgets in collaboration with department heads.
  • Conduct comparative analysis to track budget performance against actual results.


Job Specification

Knowledge / Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certifications preferred.


Essential Skills

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite(Sap preferred)
