In this role, you'll guide design teams, collaborate closely with clients, and ensure that every project meets the highest standards of innovation and quality. You will play a key role in shaping design outcomes across digital platforms — transforming complex challenges into elegant, user-centered solutions.As a creative leader, you'll mentor designers, drive design excellence, and champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining design consistency, elevating client satisfaction, and strengthening the organisation's creative reputation.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee design direction across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.Serve as the bridge between design teams, senior leadership, and clients to maintain clarity, alignment, and creative consistency.Collaborate throughout all project phases — from discovery to delivery — translating business and user needs into impactful design solutions.Drive user research and usability testing to inform decisions that create intuitive, high-quality user experiences.Mentor and upskill junior designers through feedback, guidance, and structured development programs.Promote design thinking, innovation, and best practices within the team, staying current with emerging design trends and technologies.Partner cross-functionally with development, marketing, and product teams to ensure design cohesion and technical feasibility.Oversee quality assurance for all design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and timely completion.Develop and manage design systems and reusable components to improve efficiency and visual consistency.Foster a positive and productive team culture focused on creativity, collaboration, and excellence.What Makes You a Great FitYou bring 6+ years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role guiding design teams.You have a strong balance of creative vision and practical execution, ensuring ideas are both inspiring and feasible.You're deeply experienced in user-centered design, accessibility, prototyping, and design systems.You excel in client collaboration and relationship management, confidently presenting and defending design concepts.You have a passion for mentorship, helping designers grow through structured feedback and career development.You're an exceptional communicator and storyteller, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.You value inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation — always pushing for design that not only delights users but also drives measurable impact.
