As a Designer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their design requirements, and providing them with innovative and personalized interior design solutions. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design sales.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field1 to 3 years of experience in interior design salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent client relationship management abilitiesCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in design software and toolsAbility to work well both independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to evolving design requirements and project timelinesKnowledge of local market trends and competitionRoles and ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their design preferences and requirementsProvide clients with innovative and personalized interior design solutionsPresent and explain design concepts to clients, addressing any questions or concernsPrepare accurate project proposals and budgets, ensuring client satisfactionCollaborate with the design team to create compelling and visually appealing design presentationsCoordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of design projectsStay updated on the latest design trends, products, and technologiesAchieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
