Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate in the New Strategic Initiatives team, you will be crucial in identifying, assessing, and executing strategic initiatives that align with Joveo's growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to explore new market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive strategic partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of Joveo's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances to expand Joveo's market reach and capabilities.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and execution plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects, including product development, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Support senior leadership in decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • To inform strategic planning and decision-making, stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in strategy consulting, SAAS Startup, or operations-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in the technology, advertising, or recruitment industry is a plus.
