Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
LLB/LLM or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience.

Required Expertise:
Strong negotiation skills for handling legal contracts and agreements
Familiarity with corporate structures, data protection, intellectual property and privacy laws
Strong interpersonal, analytical, research and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
