Overview
The Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our healthcare IT products. This position requires a unique blend of product management and business analysis skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy:
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market trends.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
Business Analysis:
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to ensure alignment and understanding of product requirements.
Product Roadmapping:
Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to set product goals and timelines.
Product Launch:
Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, training materials, and support resources.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Continuously evaluate and improve existing products to meet evolving market needs.
Manage product updates, enhancements, and maintenance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in the healthcare IT industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory landscape.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience with healthcare IT systems and applications (e.g., EHR, EMR, HIS).
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with product management software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
