What You’ll Do:

  • Manage online feedback and work with marketing/PR.
  • Gather feedback from all sources, analyze patient needs, and improve patient journeys.
  • Manage complaints and ensure service standards are met.
  • Drive initiatives to engage patients across various departments.
  • Improve processes based on patient feedback.
  • Generate reports and identify trends in patient data.
  • Train staff based on patient feedback.
  • Work with various departments to deliver a unified patient experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in patient experience.
