Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Recruiter - Staffing Model at Massil Technologies in Uppal Greater Hyderabad Area. The Agency Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for various IT roles for multiple clients across INDIA, Middle East and/the US. Day-to-day tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements.


Qualifications

  • 1to 3 Years Experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals via Naukri, , Foundit, Referrals.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with HRMS, applicant tracking systems
  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • Some BD, Sales Background in Recruitment, Staffing, RPO, Contractual Hiring would be a plus.
