Senior Innovation Architect

Job Title: Senior Innovation LeaderThis role is responsible for driving high-impact innovation within enterprise organizations. You will work closely with clients to identify transformative use cases and rapidly prototype solutions that meet their business goals.Key Responsibilities Innovation Use Case Identification: Engage with client stakeholders to uncover and prioritize high-impact innovation opportunities. Solution Architecture & Alignment: Design end-to-end solutions for approved innovation use cases, ensuring all solutions adhere to the client's security policies and enterprise architecture standards. Lead Innovation Pods: Lead cross-functional teams to rapidly develop prototypes and pilot solutions using agile methodologies. Technical Leadership in AI & Automation: Serve as the subject matter expert in emerging technologies such as agentified AI, conversational AI, and enterprise automation. Cross-Platform Integration: Oversee the integration of innovative solutions with enterprise platforms and data sources. Client Collaboration & Management: Act as a primary point of contact for innovation projects with clients, facilitating workshops and ideation sessions to shape solution concepts. Alignment with Compliance & Standards: Navigate enterprise processes to ensure solutions meet regulatory and data security standards. ROI Analysis & Business Case: Contribute to defining KPIs and success metrics for each innovation initiative. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior architects and technical team members in new technologies and architecture best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Approximately 8–10 years of experience working with cutting-edge technologies in enterprise environments. AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including design and implementation of solutions such as predictive analytics and natural language processing. Automation & Integration: Proven experience with enterprise automation tools and integration techniques, including robotic process automation and workflow orchestration. Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Broad understanding of enterprise application landscapes, including experience working with SaaS platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce. Architecture & Security Acumen: Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns, including experience navigating architecture governance and compliance. Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technology projects or innovation initiatives end-to-end. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent client-facing communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities. Problem-Solving & Innovation Mindset: A creative thinker who stays updated on emerging tech trends, with a passion for experimenting with new tools and approaches. Adaptability: Experience working in ambiguous, evolving environments, with an ability to adapt to different industries and client contexts quickly.Skills Checklist AI & Machine Learning: Proficient in AI/ML concepts and familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
