Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Healthcare Technology Product Lead to spearhead the development and management of cutting-edge healthcare technology courses. This role is pivotal in driving Aster Health Academy’s growth, ensuring that our educational programs are aligned with market needs, and delivering high-quality, tech-enabled learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with the product marketing team and other internal departments to craft and execute effective program launch strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Identify and prioritize programs based on market demand, investment potential, time-to-launch, and ROI. Lead the design and development of courses in the healthcare technology space, ensuring alignment with industry standards and learner needs.


• Leadership: Take ownership of the healthcare tech product teams, managing the entire user and partner experience to drive growth and success of the business model, with end-to-end ownership of the user and partner experience, to drive growth and enable the business model's success. 


• Data-Driven Decisions: Develop and monitor KPIs, leveraging data to make informed decisions that enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.


• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with professors, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders. Attend conferences and events to promote Aster Health Academy and forge strategic partnerships.


• Partnerships and Collaborations: Initiate, facilitate and manage conversations with universities and academic bodies (IITs, NITs, Software Organizations, so on) for collaboration and accreditation of Health Technology educational programs.


• Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Marketing: Work with the marketing team to create compelling content for the website and social media platforms. Organize webinars and promotional events to boost program visibility.
  • Student Support: Collaborate with the student support team to ensure a seamless learning experience, addressing any queries or challenges faced by learners.
  • Production: Oversee the creation of course content, including introductory videos and module development.
  • Sales Training: Identify training needs, assist the sales team with pitches, and address course-related queries to drive enrolment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or an MBA.

• 4-10 years of experience in IT, technology, or product management.

• Knowledge of the technology market and education sector is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare technology or allied fields is a plus.
