Academic Program ManagerThis role involves building a comprehensive academic program from scratch, focusing on curriculum development and student success.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of the academic vertical end-to-end, including content creation, teacher management, and operations planning.Plan curricula, learning journeys, and course structures to ensure academic excellence.Develop pricing and packaging strategies for courses and programs.Teacher & Academic Management:Identify, hire, and coordinate with faculty members (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).Manage subject matter experts for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules.Maintain academic quality by ensuring alignment with industry standards.Content & Product Development:Oversee the creation of educational content, including lectures, DPPs, mock tests, and study materials.Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to deliver an engaging learning experience.Innovate formats that improve efficiency, such as micro-revisions, short theory capsules, and hybrid content.Operations & Execution:Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning.Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams.Track academic progress, student feedback, and ensure timely execution.Marketing & Growth Collaboration:Work with marketing teams on launch campaigns and brand positioning.Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach strategies.Analyze student behavior to improve conversion and retention.Requirements:Strong understanding of the academic landscape, curriculum development, and student needs.Ability to manage teachers, plan academics, and oversee content creation.Organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and leadership qualities.Passionate about education and student success.
