Your primary responsibility will be to contact warm leads via phone and email, providing them with personalized consultations on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You should also be comfortable making multiple calls per day and generating interest among potential students.Key responsibilities:Advise career changers on how our education programs can help launch them into high-growth careers.Build and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.Provide detailed information to interested students via phone and email.Guide learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.Ensure adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.Required Skills and Qualifications:2+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling, preferably in international edtech markets.Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.Strong phone presence.Ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrolment process that require follow-up.Comfortable working remotely and meeting metrics without micromanagement.Equal Employment Opportunities: Emeritus is an equal employment opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
