Job Title: Security and Compliance SpecialistOur organization is seeking an experienced Security and Compliance Specialist to support our IT security posture.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain robust security controls across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.Monitor Darktrace, SIEM, and other SOC tools to detect and respond to potential threats in real-time.Investigate security incidents and coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective resolution.Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies and procedures.Contribute to compliance reporting, audit preparation, and maintenance of related documentation.Collaborate with the IT Operations team to strengthen access controls, endpoint protection, and data security measures.We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in security operations, SOC support, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Darktrace, SIEMs, or similar security monitoring tools.Requirements:3+ years of experience in security operations, SOC support, or a related field.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, engineering, and leadership teams.This is a remote role based anywhere in India.Personal Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proactive, vigilant, and responsive under pressure.
