Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Program Lead to drive the execution of large-scale initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP.This role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, leadership skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cloud infrastructure programs, as well as building relationships with stakeholders and providing clear reporting to executives.The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of launching complex engineering programs at scale.The Cloud Infrastructure Program Lead will work closely with Product, Engineering, Ops, Security, Legal, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution.The successful candidate will be expected to apply Agile/Scrum practices to optimize workflows and use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc., for tracking and documentation.Required Skills and Qualifications8+ years leading large, global technical programs.Strong cloud infrastructure experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).Background in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.Proven success launching complex engineering programs at scale.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, coordination, and delivery of cloud infrastructure programs.Manage cloud initiatives such as migrations, control-plane deployment, and infra automation pipelines.Drive execution across 50+ engineers, architects, and stakeholders.Build program plans, timelines, risk tracking, and mitigation strategies.Provide clear reporting to executives and senior leadership.Use Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc., for tracking and documentation.Apply Agile/Scrum practices to optimize workflows.Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ops, Security, Legal, and more.BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy a challenging and rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.The company offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.The ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.The Cloud Infrastructure Program Lead will be part of a talented team that is passionate about innovation and excellence.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who can lead our cloud infrastructure program.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, leadership skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cloud infrastructure programs, as well as building relationships with stakeholders and providing clear reporting to executives.The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of launching complex engineering programs at scale.
