Role: Technical Program Manager - CloudPosition Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: 6 months+ (with a possibility of Contract-to-Hire)Work Schedule : 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Work Hours: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM ISTLocation : 100% RemoteWe are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud infrastructure programs across Azure, AWS, and GCP. This role drives end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, coordination, and delivery of cloud infrastructure programs.Manage cloud initiatives such as migrations, control-plane deployment, and infra automation pipelines.Drive execution across 50+ engineers, architects, and stakeholders.Build program plans, timelines, risk tracking, and mitigation strategies.Provide clear reporting to executives and senior leadership.Use Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc., for tracking and documentation.Apply Agile/Scrum practices to optimize workflows.Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ops, Security, Legal, and more.Required Qualifications8+ years leading large, global technical programs.Strong cloud infrastructure experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).Background in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.Proven success launching complex engineering programs at scale.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Experience working in high-growth or scaled software environments.Nice to HaveNetworking knowledge.Experience in eCommerce-focused environments.
