Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across our IT solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our technology solutions while nurturing long-term partnerships. This role also involves handling purchase orders (POs) and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to understand customer needs and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to enhance product utilization.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
  • Track customer health metrics and suggest best practices to improve engagement.
  • Handle escalations and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and track key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Manage POs, invoice tracking, and procurement documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, contracts, and service management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within IT.
  • Experience with PO processing and vendor management in IT or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships effectively.
