Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , and other Salesforce modules. Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project implementation , from requirement analysis to deployment and post-go-live support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA Engineers , ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and third-party connectors. Implement automation solutions using Flows, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Process Builder, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Define and enforce governance, security, and data management policies across Salesforce environments. Manage release cycles, sandbox refreshes , and deployment using CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Copado, or Gearset . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, and business) to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce initiatives. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning , and technical documentation . Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect-level role. Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC (Lightning Web Components). Proven experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities) . In-depth understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits . Experience in API integrations, Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and external system connectivity . Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL , and Apex testing frameworks . Hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD processes and DevOps tools . Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II , Salesforce Administrator , or Application Architect certifications preferred.
