Oracle HFM Technical ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Technical Specialist with a solid understanding of both technical configuration and functional financial processes.The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting HFM applications to meet business consolidation and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include designing, building, and configuring Oracle HFM applications, including metadata, rules, data forms, and reports.Other duties include developing and maintaining HFM integration with source systems, performing data load automation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, as well as collaborating with finance teams to understand consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes.Implement and support HFM workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchies.Develop custom scripts, rules files, and calculation logic to support business needs.Provide production support, enhancements, and upgrades for HFM and related EPM components.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.2-5 years of experience in Oracle HFM implementation and support.Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting cycles.Hands-on experience with metadata management, data loads, Smart View, and HFM rules development.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle EPM or HFM certification.Exposure to financial accounting concepts (GAAP, IFRS).Experience in upgrades or cloud migration (EPM Cloud / FCCS).
