Key Responsibilities of the Senior Solutions Architect RoleThe successful candidate will own the architecture for ETL/ELT, data warehousing, analytics pipelines, data governance, and integrations with learning management systems and education technology platforms. This role requires a proven track record in leading design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions.To be successful, you must have hands-on experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration frameworks. You should also have strong design and operational experience with cloud data platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as data warehouses and lakes such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture roles with progressive ownership. They must have a strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional design, and master data management schema design. The candidate should also have experience with streaming technologies, such as Kafka or Kinesis, and familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tooling, including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Nice-To-Have / PreferredPrior experience in EdTech education data projects working with school and district customers is highly desirable. Additionally, experience building and operating AI/ML pipelines, MLOps predictive analytics student success models recommendation engines would be beneficial. Familiarity with data cataloging lineage tools, such as Great Expectations, Amundsen, DataHub, or Collibra, is also preferred.Senior Solutions Architect Job Requirements SummaryThis position requires a highly technical individual with excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
