🚀 We’re Hiring: Systems Analyst / Business Analyst 🧩 Hybrid (Bng & Hyd) Remote (Rest of India) Exp: 6+ years We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. If you thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and excel at creating clarity from ambiguity, we’d love to connect What You’ll Do 🔹 Work with Product Managers, users, and stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional requirements 🔹 Create high-quality user stories, specifications, and process flows 🔹 Identify dependencies, risks, and issues across the delivery lifecycle 🔹 Facilitate discovery, grooming, and user-story breakdown sessions 🔹 Collaborate closely with PMs, Tech Leads, designers, and developers throughout solution design and development 🔹 Translate business needs into clear technical specifications 🔹 Support integration, migration, and data mapping activities 🔹 Manage scope, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment across teams 🔹 Handle complex issues independently with minimal supervision What We’re Looking For ✔ Proven experience in Systems Analysis / Business Analysis ✔ Experience writing functional specs & user stories ✔ Understanding of APIs and ability to read request/response payloads ✔ Exposure to integration, migration, and data mapping ✔ Experience with technology-enabled change initiatives ✔ Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills ✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management & documentation skills ✔ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence ✔ Knowledge of both Agile & Waterfall environments ⭐ Bonus: Familiarity with the EXUS system ⭐ Financial Services domain experience is a plus Why Join Us?🌟 Opportunity to work on impactful, enterprise-scale initiatives 🤝 Collaborative cross-functional environment 📈 Growth-oriented role with high visibility 💡 Work with modern tools & contribute to meaningful digital transformation If this sounds like a role where you can thrive, we’d love to hear from you👉 Apply now or share your updated CV at dhanya.girish@digile.com...
