We ship fast, think long-term, and strive for excellence in everything we do.Key Responsibilities:Design and build the core components of our AI orchestration engineDevelop scalable workflows, microservices, and distributed systems architectureBuild high-quality backend systems and features at high velocityLead the integration of large language models, toolchains, automations, and data pipelinesCollaborate closely with founders on product development and strategySet engineering standards, implement CI/CD and DevOps practices, and ensure system reliabilityHelp build and grow the engineering team as we scaleThis is a leadership role that requires vision, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.
