Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled AI/ML Expert to develop our next-generation platform for geometric analysis and Design for Manufacturability (DFM). This role focuses on leveraging advanced AI, computer vision, and computational geometry to solve complex real-world manufacturing challenges.The ideal candidate will design and implement ML models for geometric analysis of injection molded plastic parts, develop computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models, and create predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis. They will also architect systems that process large 3D models efficiently and integrate STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflows.Key Responsibilities & ImpactDesign and implement ML models for geometric analysis of injection molded plastic parts.Develop computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models.Create predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis.Architect browser-based AI systems that process large 3D models efficiently.Integrate STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflows.Develop high-performance geometry computation algorithms using WebAssembly modules.Build scalable model serving infrastructure supporting real-time analysis.Develop DFM analysis algorithms for wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, and gate placement.Implement quality prediction models for common injection molding defects.Skills and Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.Experience with TensorFlow.js, ONNX.js, and other JavaScript-based ML frameworks.Familiarity with WebAssembly and its applications in AI.Strong understanding of computational geometry and its applications in manufacturing.Excellent programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages.Ability to work with large 3D models and optimize system performance.Experience with STEP/STL file formats and AI-integrated workflows.Benefits:A competitive salary and benefits package.An opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to apply for this exciting opportunity.
