Geometric Analysis and Design for Manufacturability Specialist

Job Opportunity: AI/ML EngineerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and innovative Ai/ml engineer to spearhead the development of our next-generation browser-based platform for geometric analysis and design for manufacturability (DFM).This high-impact position focuses on bringing real-time, industrial-grade analysis directly to the browser, significantly impacting how products are designed, costed, and produced globally.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement machine learning models for geometric analysis of injection molded plastic parts.Develop computer vision algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models.Create predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis.Build real-time inference engines optimized for browser-based deployment using TensorFlow.js/ONNX.js.Design data pipelines for continuous model training and improvement.Key Skills and QualificationsMandatory Requirements:Strong background in artificial intelligence/machine learning and software engineering.Expertise in computer vision, deep learning, and data analysis.Familiarity with browser-based technologies, including WebAssembly and WebGL.Experience with TensorFlow.js or ONNX.js for browser-based deployment.Familiarity with STEP/STL file processing and 3D modeling.Bonus Points:Proficiency in CFD simulation techniques and moldflow analysis.Familiarity with quality prediction models for common injection molding defects.Experience with WebAssembly modules for high-performance geometry computation.Why Choose This Job?This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in geometric analysis and DFM.
