Job Description:Project managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of solar power plant infrastructure projects. Effective planning, coordination, and execution are critical to delivering timely and cost-effective results.The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be able to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams, and ensure that all civil scope of solar projects are completed efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute all civil works related to solar power plant infrastructureCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and site execution teamsOversee complete civil scope of solar projects including site development, foundations, inverter/control rooms, drainage, fencing, cable trenching, and internal roadsMonitor civil works progress and quality/schedule deviationsLead and manage the site civil engineering teamEnsure effective site management practicesOversee day-to-day civil engineering activitiesAct as the primary point of contact for all civil engineering-related matters on-siteSupervise the construction and installation of civil worksEnsure all construction work adheres to engineering designs, specifications, and safety standardsPrepare and present progress reports, status updates, and performance analysisOversee procurement and delivery of civil construction materialsImplement corrective actions when necessaryRequirements:Interested candidates should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
