About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects.Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing PRs, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Description:The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects. They should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and have experience with project management tools.
