KRA – E-commerce Manager (Shopify)1. Shopify Store ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, ensuring smooth functioning across all categories.Manage product uploads, pricing updates, inventory sync, and order processing.Ensure product content (titles, descriptions, images, SEO tags) is accurate and optimized.2. Conversion Optimization & UI/UXMonitor store performance (traffic, conversion rates, drop-offs) and suggest improvements.Collaborate with design/development teams to update banners, landing pages, and checkout flows.Implement A/B testing for layouts, pricing displays, and product bundles to drive sales.3. Campaign & Promotion ExecutionCoordinate with marketing team to align store promotions with Meta, Google, and other ad campaigns.Manage seasonal/festive campaigns, flash sales, and bundle offers.Track results and optimize for higher ROI.4. Analytics & ReportingPrepare weekly/monthly dashboards covering sales, conversion rate, top products, and funnel drop-offs.Track KPIs like AOV, CAC, ROAS, cart abandonment, and share actionable insights.Use Shopify analytics + Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.5. Vendor & Product OnboardingCoordinate with vendors for timely onboarding of new products.Ensure smooth launch of collections with proper categorization and positioning.Liaise with internal teams for product pricing approvals and catalog readiness.6. Process & IntegrationsManage app integrations for payments, logistics, CRM, reviews, loyalty, and referral systems.Regular bug testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth checkout experience.Implement automation wherever possible (inventory alerts, email triggers, reporting).7. Revenue & Growth AccountabilityDrive monthly revenue growth by ensuring catalog freshness, competitive pricing, and CRO execution .Identify top-performing SKUs and suggest cross-sell/upsell opportunities.Own the P&L for the Shopify channel with clear targets on sales and margins.KPIs to Track:Monthly Sales & Revenue GrowthConversion Rate (CR%)Average Order Value (AOV)Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Cart Abandonment RateOn-time Product/Banner UpdatesNew Product Listings per Month
