Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to oversee the listing, categorization, and performance optimization of our non-steel product inventory. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end catalogue operations, from warehouse assortment to online marketplace performance, ensuring that all listings are optimized, accurate, and profitable across multiple platforms. Inventory & Assortment Management: ● Categorize listings by brand, product type, and category for efficient assortment. ● Track and streamline non-steel warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness. Catalogue & Listing Management: ● Create and manage product listings for new, existing, old, and renewed inventory. ● Maintain listing accuracy across all platforms and ensure product data consistency. ● Develop combo product packages based on brand, category, and product performance. Collaborate with E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Shipping, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth catalogue operations. ● Work closely with the E-commerce team to upload, update, and optimize listings on the brand website and online marketplaces. E-commerce Operations: ● Manage SKU listings and inventory performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company’s own website. ● Execute, monitor, and analyze ad campaigns on e-commerce platforms to maximize ROI. ● Extract, analyze, and present performance reports for ongoing improvement. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Home Improvement industry. ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ● Strong passion for inventory and catalogue management. ● Proven experience managing listings and campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart. ● Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools). ● Good understanding of e-commerce campaign creation, tracking, and optimization. ● Preferred Attributes: ● Prior experience handling large-scale product listings and SKUs. ● Knowledge of warehouse and inventory software/tools. ● If you are passionate about e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and creating operational excellence, this role is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow with us.
