Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. This is a key role that will involve working closely with business stakeholders to implement and support Dynamics solutions across the project life cycle.Your primary responsibilities will include providing support and guidance to business users, contributing towards solution design, creating functional and customization design documents, assisting with configuration and data migration, and troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions.You will also be responsible for supporting the ongoing rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet Group, supporting business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilities, understanding the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality, identifying customer requirements and matching them with D365 F&O capabilities, identifying creative workarounds to meet requirements without customizations, analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and keeping up to date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommending appropriate new functionality when it becomes available.Key Responsibilities:Implement and support Dynamics solutions across the project life cycleProvide support and guidance to business usersContribute towards solution designCreate functional and customization design documentsAssist with configuration and data migrationTroubleshoot issues and recommend solutionsRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA), be able to apply functional knowledge to practical scenarios, have experience of customized solutions to complex business problems, be able to communicate clearly with global colleagues, demonstrate consultancy experience, have a strong working knowledge of business processes and ER framework, and have a logical approach to problem-solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems.You will also need to have relevant Microsoft certification, require 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, have PMA (Project Management and Accounting) Module implementation and support experience, be fluent in English, have excellent documentation and communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and be a qualified Accountant / MBA (Finance).BenefitsWe offer an extensive benefits package, inclusive of a matching contribution provident fund, Gratuity, Flexible tax-saving benefits, healthcare, attractive insurance benefits, and more.Our VisionOur vision is to become the most trusted technology solutions partner; renowned for being the best and brightest, having lasting impact with our customers, and delivering exceptional returns to our stakeholders.
