Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Specialist

Job Title: Dynamics 365 Functional ConsultantAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) functional consultant to support finance process design, configuration, and rollout.Liaise with business owners and development teams to refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solution for our organization.Work closely with stakeholders to advise on business transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and translate requirements into technical specifications.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the implementation of F&O projects.• Design, manage, and implement multiple functional aspects of solutions.• Collaborate with technical teams to convert business requirements into customer-focused solutions.• Experience with functional testing, end-to-end process testing, and integration testing using Postman.Requirements:• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations technologies and capabilities.• Expertise in SCM & Finance modules and willingness to explore other modules.• Full implementation lifecycle experience of ERP based programs within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and knowledge of supporting business processes.• Facilitation of workshops to gather and document user needs and translating them into business processes and product backlogs.• Passion for delivering according to agile methodology, planning projects and releases in sprints, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.• Understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365) and working in fast-paced Agile environments.• Relevant functional experience of approximately 5-6 years.
