As we grow, we’re looking for a Service Engineer who is hands-on, sharp, and eager to be a part of something global and impactful.What You’ll DoInstall & Commission Equipment: Set up state-of-the-art Paltro systems and instruments at client sites across the globe.Customer Training: Guide users through hands-on training sessions post-installation, both on-site and remotely.Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues via email, phone, and online sessions.Factory Involvement: Participate in in-house production, internal testing, and qualification of systems to gain deep product knowledge.Global Travel: Be prepared for several weeks of travel at a time — both domestically and internationally — for installations and support.Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with engineering, production, and client teams to ensure world-class service delivery.RequirementsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.Experience: Minimum 3 years in a technical service/support role, preferably with international exposure (North America/Europe).Technical Skills:Proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams.Skilled in soldering and electronic/mechanical troubleshooting.Comfortable with mechanical systems and instrument calibration.Soft Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer handling and training capabilities.High flexibility with time zones and travel schedules.Why Join Us?Work with cutting-edge technology and robotic systems.Travel the world while doing meaningful, hands-on work.Be part of a tight-knit, high-performance team solving real-world engineering challenges.Opportunity to grow in a globally connected, innovation-driven company.How to ApplySend your resume and a brief note to careers@paltro.com or apply directly on LinkedIn.Ready to travel the world and solve problems that matter?Join us at Paltro.
