Job Title: Enterprise EngineerJob OverviewThis role involves providing technical expertise to support large-scale solutions and resolving complex technical issues.The successful candidate will drive technology transitions, influence solution adoption, and build customer simulations to validate and resolve complex problems.Key Responsibilities:Deliver effective technical support for customers and engage in complex technical challenges.Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues.Provide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problems.Promote the company's organizational culture.Continuously enhance technical skills within the relevant domain and related technologies.Consult and collaborate with customers to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize products and services.Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.Required Skills and QualificationsThis role requires a strong knowledge of enterprise technologies, including ASR, Catalyst, and switching platforms.A thorough understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnels is essential.Hands-on experience with IPsec, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with DMVPN architecture, including multipoint GRE (mGRE), NHRP, and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels.Experience with HSRP and VRRP.Familiarity with Cisco router platforms, tunneling, and VPN technologies.A strong analytical skillset is required to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
