About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a technical professional in a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to lead technical discussions with colleagues and customers.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Demonstrates advanced communications skills required in technical roles, leading technical discussions with teams and customers.Collaboration: Excellent collaboration with other engineers and PMO on projects, working closely with project managers and customers to ensure trust and satisfaction.Project Management: Successfully manages multiple projects in a timely manner, delivering high-quality results.Tech Documentation: Develops and maintains TSG technical documentation, deliverables, and workbooks.Network Configuration: Advanced knowledge and skills needed to configure, troubleshoot, and manage enterprise networks.Security Implementation: Can implement advanced security principles, automate, and programmatically manage enterprise networks.Large Project Planning: Plans, designs, and leads large projects with multiple technology types and advanced solution sets.Platform Configuration: Possesses an advanced ability to reconfigure and configure platforms holistically.Change Control: Implements changes and performs change control mechanisms with full testing outcomes.Project Leadership: Leads large projects from start to finish, managing all aspects of design, preparation, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and customer sign-off.Required Qualifications:To be successful in this role, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:Holds and agrees to maintain (3) or more TSG-approved manufacturer associate level certifications in different technological tracks.Holds and agrees to maintain one TSG-approved Professional Level Certification.Demonstrates experience equivalent to (3) TSG-approved associate level certifications or (1) approved professional level certification.Certifications:Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) or equivalent level manufacturers (Aruba, HPE, Juniper)Multi-manufacturer associate level certifications (CCNA, ACSA, Juniper, Aruba, Cisco)We Offer:As part of our partnership with MGT Impact Solutions, you'll engage with respected teams in management consulting, social impact advisory, and technology services.
