Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Specialist to manage our employee benefit programs in India and APAC.This individual contributor role involves researching, implementing, and administering all benefit programs and processes. Key responsibilities include tasks associated with benefits administration, performing benefit reporting and analysis, and communicating with employees and managers about benefit topics.This role will work closely with our HR team to ensure seamless benefit administration, compliance, and employee support.Key Responsibilities:Administer employee benefit programs for India and APAC (medical, disability, retirement, supplemental benefits, etc.).Manage enrollments, terminations, and life event changes, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely renewals.Support payroll deductions related to benefits.Ensure proper documentation and reporting for Employee Provident Fund (EPF/VPF).Support vendor relationships, liaise with vendors and local agencies.Reconcile benefit invoices and ensure accuracy of billing.Respond to employee benefit inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with India/APAC policies and regulations.Support compliance audits and maintain accurate benefit records.Coordinate benefit orientation sessions for new hires during the coverage period.Ensure employees are always kept up-to-date and educated on all available benefits and wellness programs.Support company initiatives associated with wellness, including events and employee engagement programs.Maintain well-informed knowledge of the company benefit campaigns, vendor relationships and enrollment processes.Other benefit-related tasks as assigned.
