Job Title: Benefits Specialist IIThis role is responsible for assisting with researching, implementing, and administering all benefit programs and processes.Administer employee benefit programs across various regions.Manage enrollments, terminations, and life event changes, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely renewals.Support payroll deductions related to benefits.Ensure proper documentation and reporting for Employee Provident Fund (EPF/VPF).Build and maintain relationships with vendors and local agencies.Reconcile benefit invoices and ensure accuracy of billing.Provide accurate and timely responses to employee benefit inquiries, ensuring compliance with regional policies and regulations.SUPPORT COMPLIANCE AUDITS AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE BENEFIT RECORDS.
