As a key member of our installation and troubleshooting team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our WERUM PAS-X MES system.Main Responsibilities:Installation Qualifications: Ensure smooth system operations through effective installation, version upgrades, and configuration management.PAS-X System Administration: Configure system administration based on version 3.1.8, 3.2.1, or 3.30, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Service Configuration and User Synchronization: Manage service configuration, user synchronization with LDAP/AD, and maintain secure system access.Troubleshooting and Defect Resolution: Identify and resolve complex technical issues during qualification and hypercare support post-go-live phases.Key Requirements:SAP-MES Interface and Import/Export Functionality: Develop expertise in SAP-MES interface integration and file exchange knowledge.Database Expertise: Create SQL scripts, understand database schema, and ensure data integrity.MES Integration: Integrate Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems for seamless data exchange.ITIL and Agile Project Management: Demonstrate strong ITIL understanding and experience with Agile project management methodologies.Why This Role?This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with experienced professionals, and drive business success through expert technical solutions.
