If you like solving tough problems, being part of a fun team, and are tenacious, we would like to hear from you.Your Area of Focusl Participate in full agile development life cycle including requirements analysis and designl Proficient at debugging other engineers codel Strong analytical skills and ability to apply them in day-to-day workl Design factors in scaling, reusability, maintainability, and performancel Scope, code, and design for systems and components. l Contribute to testing platforms and development verificationsl Support, maintain, and document software functionalityl Perform code reviewsYour Professional Qualificationsl 6+ years of large-scale web application software development experiencel Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.l Must be able to deal with ambiguity, but seek clarification when appropriate.l Strong verbal and written communication skillsl Professional experience developing distributed database-driven web-based applications with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring technologiesl Professional experience working in an Scrum development environmentl Strong knowledge in computer architecture, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software techniquesl Ability to provide well-articulated and reasoned explanations for when and why to apply software design patternsl Ability to partner with product management to develop and refine requirementsl Working knowledge of HTML5, XML, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (React, TypeScript)l Working knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails version 2.x a plusl US healthcare IT experience especially regarding various healthcare terminology and technical standards (e.g., CCDA, FHIR, etc.) a plus
