We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead solution design, ensure architectural integrity, and guide engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET, React, cloud-native architectures, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. The Solution Architect will drive architecture governance, best practices, reviews, documentation, and continuous modernization.Responsibilities- Lead solution design with engineering, product, QA, and cross-functional teams- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and reusable components- Present and secure approvals for architectural proposals- Enable collaboration across backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and integration teams- Conduct code reviews for .NET, React, and related components (including MongoDB)- Review performance testing strategies for scalability and reliability- Validate release plans for technical readiness- Define and maintain engineering best practices- Identify outdated technologies and recommend modern alternatives- Compare and evaluate frameworks and solutions based on business/technical needs- Define upgrade paths for libraries, infrastructure, and integrations- Prepare and present change requests to CAB for approvals- Ensure architecture and solutions meet SOX and regulatory requirements- Maintain accurate and updated architecture diagrams, component docs, data flows, and decision recordsRequirements- 13+ years of software engineering experience, including 4–5 years as a Solution Architect- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, React, API design, MongoDB, SQL- Expertise in cloud architecture (GCP/Azure/AWS), microservices, messaging, CI/CD, and DevOps- Experience with code quality and performance testing tools- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities- Hands-on experience with architecture documentation tools
