Basic Requirements:
Position Overview: The Marketo Specialist will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing automation strategies using Marketo. This role requires 1-3 years of experience with Marketo and will involve managing campaigns, executing communications, and enhancing lead generation efforts.
Scope of Work:
1. Campaign Management:
o Execute Campaigns: Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and other marketing automation initiatives within Marketo.
o Segmentation and Targeting: Create and manage segmentation strategies to ensure targeted delivery of campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement.
2. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
o Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
o Generate Reports: Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
3. Lead Management:
o Lead Scoring and Nurturing: Develop and maintain lead scoring models and lead nurturing workflows to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
o Database Management: Manage and maintain the integrity of the Marketo database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
4. Collaboration and Support:
o Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives.
o Training and Support: Provide support and training to team members on Marketo functionalities and best practices as needed.
