Key Finance and Operations RolesThe ideal candidate will be required to relocate to Sharjah, UAE.At our organization, we seek a highly skilled Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee core financial activities, including accounting excellence, compliance, cost control, and timely reporting.Financial Accounting & ReportingPrepare accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company policies.Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.Maintain strong cash flow visibility through forecasting and treasury coordination.Monitor key financial metrics including cost, cash flow, working capital, and variance analysis for factory operations.Budgeting, Forecasting & Management Information Systems (MIS)Lead the annual budgeting process and provide periodic forecasts to inform business decisions.Develop detailed financial performance dashboards and MIS reports for management review.Compliance, Audit Support, and GovernanceDrive full statutory compliance, including VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, and other UAE regulatory requirements.Serve as compliance lead for financial governance and ensure timely filing and regulatory submissions.Liaise with internal and external auditors to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.Payables, Receivables, and Treasury ManagementCoordinate payroll processing with HR to ensure accuracy and compliance.Review employee expense claims and related accounting processes.Manufacturing Finance and Internal ControlsImplement robust internal controls aligned with UAE laws and corporate standards.Track production costs, wastage, yield, inventory control, and CAPEX reporting to optimize manufacturing efficiency.Ensure strong internal controls, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ERP data accuracy.
